The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. This is my beautiful wife. We bought the hat for this painting. The scene is on the Dartmouth Campus in Hanover, NH. We had a enjoyable time. The lighting was strong. She is posed in front of the mysterious Sphinx building.
